Maxim is an attorney with a background in software and network engineering. Maxim specializes in networking technologies, including wireless systems, information security, and client-server design. He has experience with writing and operating software systems and has worked as a National Science Foundation research fellow at Drexel University.
Maxim earned his law degree from the James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University (J.D.) in 2008 and is a member of the state bars in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Previously, Maxim graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with dual degrees in Computer Science and Engineering (B.S.E.), and Philosophy (B.A).
As a part of the TPL team, Maxim is involved in patent analysis, technology and market assessments, and drafting patent applications.
