Title: PATENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Type of Position: Full time employee
Description: Primary duties will include: discussions with potential patent sellers; working with clients to determine areas of interest for patent acquisition; contact of assignees to determine availability and pricing; working with clients to complete the evaluations and purchase transactions; managing programs for patent analysis, patent mining, and other patent related project.
Requirements: B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in a technical or scientific field. A minimum of five years of industry experience is preferred. Candidates must possess strong communications skills; interest and general knowledge of intellectual property and in particular patents.

Title: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ANALYST/AGENT
Type of Position: Full time employee
Description: Primary duties will include: planning and execution of patent mining activities; working with clients to determine areas of interest; development of targeted searches to retrieve patents and applications with high potential; review of patents to determine claim scope and quality; analysis of patent claims in relation to products and prior art; communicating results, in a professional manner, to senior analysts and clients.
Requirements: M.S. or Ph.D. in CS, EE, or a related field, and at least 5 years engineering/R&D experience required. Successful candidates will have broad familiarity with a wide array of technologies. Particular experience with complex Internet/web application development, video and audio, automotive electronics, medical devices, satellite navigation, or telecommunications would be helpful.

Title: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL
Type of Position: Full time employee
Description: Primary duties will include: Docketing, preparation, and filing of papers with the US Patent and Trademark Office; performing patent and corporate related research; presenting results to senior analysts and clients.
Requirements: A 4-year degree or a paralegal certificate; Two years of industry experience is preferred; strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and within a team; strong communication skills and a high aptitude for learning new skills; interest and general knowledge of intellectual property and in particular patents.
