Juan Gisone, MBA
| Juan is responsible for new client acquisitions and management, as well as leading current client projects. He has both directed and supported assertion projects in the areas of computer hardware, consumer electronics, display technologies, imaging systems, enterprise software, and engine systems. In addition, Juan’s experience includes the development of effective patent mining techniques and patent analysis studies, such as patent landscaping.
Juan has experience performing technology and market assessments in target areas to determine patenting tactics for invention disclosures. His work has been instrumental in providing lead negotiators with strategic guidance regarding licensing transactions. Juan is also responsible for numerous IP sale negotiations, IP acquisition negotiations, and other transaction and valuation related activities. Juan is a registered Patent Agent and attended Rutgers University, where he received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, and also graduated Cum Laude with an M.B.A. in Management and Business Strategy.
