Rob is an attorney with technical expertise in the areas of software design and development, computer networks, graphical user interfaces, and computer security. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Drexel University, and his professional experience includes over five years working in software engineering roles at Unisys Corporation and a technology startup.
Rob earned his J.D. from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, where he was a staff member and published author on Temple’s Political and Civil Rights Law Review. Rob gained practical litigation experience during law school by working at a commercial litigation firm, and later serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Arnold L. New in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Commerce Program.
Rob is a member of the Pennsylvania bar.
