Arti Goswamy is an attorney licensed to practice in the state of New York. She received a B.S. in Computer Science from St. John’s University, and subsequently earned her J.D. from Touro Law School in 2006.

While in law school, she clerked for Honorable Stephen Bucaria of the New York State Supreme Court, where she drafted judicial opinions and orders. Additionally, she was an intern for Jaspan Schlesinger & Hoffman in their intellectual property department.

Before joining TPL, Arti worked as an associate for Bodner & O'Rourke preparing patent applications, and responding to USPTO office actions. Additionally, she drafted patent litigation and trademark pleadings for the firm's cases.
